The hotel is centrally located in beautiful Aalborg, with unexpected musical surprises nearby. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, are on the smaller side and show signs of wear. The dining options are good for people with intolerances but lack fresh fruit and tasty bread. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, featuring a useful full-length mirror. However, being right next to the lift shaft where the lift was constantly going up and down made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to various restaurants. The rooms are equipped with essential amenities and offer a proper bed and bathtub. The parking is free, and there's a good breakfast served, although many nearby restaurants are currently closed. However, the setting almost feels like it’s in a parking lot.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very quiet, but being right next to the lift shaft with the noise of the lift going up and down all night made it hard to get good sleep. The service was welcoming and effective, but there was an inconvenience with the luggage. The location was convenient, close to the train station, and with unexpected pleasant surprises nearby. The dining was somewhat disappointing, lacking in some aspects. Overall, it was an okay stay with a few ups and downs.
Parking outside is free, the rooms are clean with a tub and a proper double bed, perfect for a family with two children. A good breakfast is available, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. However, some establishments are currently closed.
